Potential Ayurveda or Yoga clients: Please book a discovery call (or contact me for alternative times) as a first step. If we are a good fit, we will then schedule a full initial appointment and discuss the intake process.

Ayurvedic Body Therapies: I offer limited times for Ayurvedic Body Therapies, and these tend to get booked out in advance. If you are interested in therapies, please contact me to schedule.

Location: Consultations and therapies are available in-person at my clinic at 792A Searls Ave in Nevada City, California. I also offer video consultations through my online client portal for clients that are not in my local area.
