Use the scheduler below to book a consultation, and I will confirm your appointment request. The scheduler shows rolling availability for the upcoming 60 days. If none of the listed times work for you, feel free to contact me for alternative options. Pricing for all session types is available on the Services pages.

All consultations are currently remote video calls through my online client portal. COMING SOON: By September 1, 2025, in addition to remote sessions, I will be adding in-person Ayurveda and Yoga sessions by appointment at my new office at 792A Searls Ave, Nevada City, California.

For Initial Ayurvedic Consultations, intake forms will be available for you to complete in the online client portal after making your appointment. Please complete these forms at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, or we will need to reschedule. Forms are not needed for the Complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call.
